Under its CSR brand, Parivartan, the bank's initiatives have impacted over 10.19 crore lives, reaching thousands of villages and households across the country. With a focus on creating sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities, the bank operates in 28 states and 8 Union Territories, addressing critical areas such as rural development, education, skill enhancement, healthcare, financial literacy, and environmental conservation.
