CEO Sumant Kathpalia said the bank continues to remain cautious despite an improvement in business sentiment, higher collection ratios and fee income which is back to pre Covid levels. "It is very difficult to give any forecast because of the uncertainties due to Covid. We have navigated well in a turbulent year. Our collections are healthy.
